Big Bang Science Show
Bright. Loud. Exciting. Educational. It’s science with a bang!
The Big Bang Science Show will wow and delight crowds of all ages, while illuminating some of the mysteries of science. This show brings science alive with a mix of memorable science demonstrations and engaging, easy-to-understand explanations.
This is the perfect addition to your entertainment program, and show length and content is adaptable to any venue or schedule. Topics covered may include (but are not limited to) forces, air pressure, chemical reactions, states of matter, light and colour, and optical illusions.
Please note that certain demonstrations, such as those involving liquid nitrogen or fire, are included in the show subject to venue suitability and resource availability. While we will always do our best to make the show as exciting as we can, Big Bang Education reserves the right to omit any demonstration for safety or practicality reasons.
Recommended duration: 20-30 minutes
Kids' Activities
Get the kids involved with hands-on science activities.
Suitable for primary school aged children (5-12), activities can be presented as defined sessions with limited participants, or as a more casual ‘drop-in’ style session where attendees can come and go as they please.
Activities can include ‘making’ (for example, slime or fizzy sherbet) or ‘experimenting’, and focus on a range of topics including chemical reactions, colours and light, optical illusions, sound and music, magnets, balance, and forces.
Big kids are more than welcome too – we love seeing families bonding over the shared excitement of a science show or workshop.
